JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the Employee Relations area of the Talent and Culture team by assisting with the daily administration of departmental activities that promote a positive working environment for all Team Members. Serves as the first point of contact for Team Members in issue identification and referral provides case management support and manages documentation workflow to ensure timely coordination across internal and external partners. This position is based in Orlando and will support Employee Relations across multiple UDX divisions including UOR USH UP&E Creative and New Ventures.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers Open Door Appeal and Peer Review processes. Monitors and tracks appeals and runs metrics around trends outcomes and statuses.
- Oversees daily workflows by monitoring shared inboxes and incoming documentation. Conducts timely triage and referral of inquiries to Employee Relations Senior Managers or internal partners e.g. HRBP team Legal. Ensures efficient movement of matters to prevent delays.
- Provides general administrative support and clerical duties for the Employee Relations department which includes scheduling phone calling correspondence data entry and filing.
- Serves as the first point of contact for the HR4U Team Member phone line and email for complaint intake issue identification and referral. Maintains communication with Team Members seeking guidance.
- Reviews Employee Relations cases and appeals creates cases in the case management system and researches historical documentation related to cases.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in HR Labor Relations Business Administration or related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of administrative or applicable experience in a fast-paced environment preferably in Human Resources or Employee Relations; or equivalent education and experience
