TBI Program Manager Program Management Support Services
Location: Pacific Regional Medical Center (PRMC)

Overview
The TBI Program Manager provides administrative and program management support for the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program across PRMC Military Treatment Facilities. This position ensures coordinated patient care compliance with DoD/DHA policies and efficient clinic operations.
Minimum Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare or Healthcare Management (no equivalency allowed)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluent in English; strong communication skills
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
No certifications licensure or board certification required beyond BLS if applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the PRMC TBI Program and support 4820 administrative actions annually.
- Ensure smooth beneficiary checkin scheduling and follow-up coordination.
- Implement and monitor DoD DHA and MEDCOM TBI policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain communication with staff leadership families and external agencies.
- Serve as primary point of contact for Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics (ANAM) testing including surge support for deployment-related assessments.
- Liaise with OTSG TBI Program Manager VA MTF Program Managers and other military health partners.
- Conduct quarterly workload and productivity analyses and provide reports to the Designated Government Representative.
- Maintain DHA MEDIG compliance and update assessment materials.
- Track departmental training records and ensure required training completion.
- Ensure ANAM equipment functionality and coordinate with the Neurocognitive Assessment Branch.
- Support clinic safety readiness requirements and policy implementation.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced medical environment
- Familiarity with military healthcare preferred
