The Area Manager will play a key role in driving operational performance supporting store managers and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operations and performance of multiple coffee shop locations within the assigned area.
Ensure all branches maintain high standards of product quality service and cleanliness.
Monitor sales performance KPIs and operational metrics to drive profitability and growth.
Lead coach and support store managers and café teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Ensure effective inventory management and cost control across all locations.
Support recruitment onboarding and training of store managers and café staff.
Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and expansion plans.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
47 years of experience in multi-unit retail or café operations preferably within the coffee or specialty coffee sector.
Proven experience managing multiple outlets or café branches.
Strong leadership team management and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent understanding of coffee shop operations and customer service standards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor sales performance and operational KPIs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
