What Well Bring:
We are seeking an experienced Architect / Senior Technical Lead to lead automation initiatives for our hybrid cloud infrastructure. This role will focus on designing and implementing self-service automation solutions that streamline resource provisioning lifecycle management access control and networking across hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver scalable secure and efficient automation frameworks.What Youll Bring:
Key Responsibilities
Automation Strategy & Design:
- Define and implement automation strategies for hybrid cloud infrastructure components including resource provisioning lifecycle management IAM PKI and certificate lifecycle management.
- Design self-service portals and workflows for networking and firewall provisioning.
Technical Leadership:
- Act as a lead architect for automation projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within TU to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implementation & Development:
- Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and frameworks.
- Leverage Kubernetes and container orchestration for scalable automation solutions.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement secure access control provisioning and certificate management practices.
- Ensure automation solutions adhere to security best practices and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to operational teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience in hybrid cloud environments (Azure AWS GCP preferred).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python PowerShell Bash) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Infrastructure Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of IAM PKI certificate lifecycle management networking and firewall provisioning.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform Ansible).
Leadership & Communication:
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of experience in infrastructure automation with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
Impact Youll Make:

- Experience with service catalog design and self-service automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of security compliance standards (ISO SOC NIST).
- Exposure to multi-cloud networking and advanced automation patterns.
