Knowledge of audio editing workflowsExperience with the use of music and sound design in storytelling audio formats recording quality issuesKnowledge of ethical editing practicesExperience trimming and cleaning recorded interviews sound design inserting intro and outro music creating smooth transitions balancing voice levels adjusting EQ and compression reducing background noiseExperience exporting final episodes managing audio file organization and namingStrong attention to detailAbility to organize a large number of audio filesAbility to work independently and meet production deadlines Ability to collaborate with hosts producers and interviewers Ability to maintain respectful editing practices when working with person and community storiesExperience editing podcasts working with recorded interviewsExperience with sound design for audio storytelling music editing and mixingIf you are interested in this opportunity please apply online at .
