The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in the heartbeat of our local branch operations. This position works closely with the Operations Manager and local Installation teams to ensure that every project starts with the right materials staged accurately and safely. Success in this role means our inventory is 100% accounted for flooring and tile materials are staged on time for morning pull-outs and the warehouse remains a clean accident-free environment that supports our rapid growth.
Pay Range: $18/hr
Business Hours: MondaySaturday 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (with occasional overtime based on business needs).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
Stationary Position: Ability to remain in a stationary position (standing) for up to 75100% of the workday.
Mobility: Frequently moves throughout the warehouse to retrieve stage and organize materials and equipment.
Lifting/Carrying: Frequently lifts carries pushes and/or pulls materials weighing up to 5075 pounds.
Positioning: Regularly required to bend stoop kneel crouch reach and climb while loading unloading and organizing materials.
Manual Dexterity: Frequently operates warehouse equipment and tools including pallet jacks forklifts (if certified) scanners and other material-handling equipment.
Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and drivers in a busy warehouse environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
Warehouse/Facility: Exposure to non-climate-controlled environments (heat and cold) moving mechanical parts vibration dust and elevated noise levels.
