POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary focus of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator(TAC)is to support theHUB South& CentralTalent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment life cycle. The TACwillbe responsible forproviding scheduling and administrative support to the recruiting team as wellasbuilding relationships with candidates and hiring managers to help grow the talent pipeline and promote employer branding.This position is instrumental in effectively driving recruitment processes providing a seamlesscandidateand hiring team experience and adhering to company policies and compliance regulations.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition (TA) team withcoordination andadministrative tasks: scheduling interviews following up with hiring managers and candidates reporting/trackingand ad hoc tasks as assigned

  • Managetheinternal HRIS (Workday)and CRM (Phenom)with creating requisitions monitoring candidate applications data entry reportingoffer lettersand onboarding

  • Manageadditionalrecruiting platforms (Indeed LinkedIn Handshake etc.)

  • Monitor background checks and manage the onboarding process for new hires

  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting andassistwith tracking our recruitmentefforts requisitions andadditionalreporting in Excel as needed

  • Assistwith developingprofessional relationships with industry groups local universities and civic organizations for candidate sourcing internship partnership and a heavy focus on diversity outreach

  • Involvement in strategic initiatives and internal projects including but not limitedto:strategicdiversityrecruitingtalentbrandingnewslettersjob fairssocial media outreachand ongoing process improvements for best practices

  • Supportsourcing cold candidate outreach andassistwith building talent pipeline throughout the Southand CentralRegions as needed

  • Support our internship program with recruiting reportingschedulingand administrativeassistance

  • Work in partnership withthe EnterpriseTA Operationsteamto ensure processescomply withcompany policies regulatory requirements and establishedobjectivesmaintainingconsistency and adherence to best practices across all recruitment activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mustlove recruiting!Ideallypossessesa strong interest in aligning HUBs mission towards DiversityEquityand Inclusion with diversity recruitment best practices

  • Bachelors degreeor equivalent industry experience preferred

  • Minimum of1-2 years experience in a coordinator role supporting an HR or Recruiting team is preferred

  • Must be able to work autonomously but be team-oriented collaborative and flexible as we shift responsibilities to best support a rapidly growing region and human resources team

  • Customer-focused with exceptional organizational skillscommunication andfollow up skillsstrongattention to detail

  • Strongproficiencywith Microsoft Office particularlyExcel and Outlook

  • LinkedIn Workday Indeed Resume and Handshake experience are positives but not

  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed for job fairs trainings team meetings etc. (less than 10%)

  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate evolving priorities and contribute to process improvements
