Job Summary

KalSoft is looking for a motivated Project Manager with 2 years of experience to manage and deliver technology projects while ensuring alignment with client expectations timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan manage and deliver projects within defined scope timeline and budget.
Coordinate with internal teams including developers consultants and business analysts.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Communicate project updates risks and progress with stakeholders and management.
Ensure proper documentation of project requirements deliverables and timelines.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate meetings status reports and project reviews.

Requirements

2years of experience in project coordination or project management within the IT industry.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Microsoft technologies or enterprise solutions.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are a plus.
