Job Summary

Key job responsibilities
Owns and actively monitors the Merchandise Presentation execution portfolio maintaining real-time visibility into project status milestones dependencies and risks across all active workstreams.
Proactively identifies risks to current business deliverables and POG stability; develops and executes mitigation strategies before issues escalate to execution failures.
Dives deep into specific workstreams as needed to initiate unblock or stabilize efforts establishing structure and momentum before transitioning to long-term owners.
Partners cross-functionally to drive progress across interdependent workstreams; quickly builds context in new domains and applies that knowledge to accelerate alignment and execution.
Develops and maintains reporting and written artifacts including status updates risk summaries and executive communications to effectively convey portfolio health and organizational needs up and across the business.
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Bachelors degree or Bachelors degree in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
