Now Hiring: Experienced Parts Manager

Ford Experience Preferred Certification a Plus

Are you a driven detail-oriented Parts Manager who knows how to lead a department maximize profitability and keep operations running smoothly Were looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Parts Department and help us deliver top-tier service to our customers and technicians.

What Youll Do

  • Manage all aspects of the Parts Department including inventory control pricing and purchasing
  • Lead train and motivate parts staff to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels while minimizing obsolescence
  • Work closely with Service and Sales departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor KPIs manage budgets and drive department profitability
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager (automotive dealership experience required)
  • Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Ford Parts Certification is a plus
  • Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory management systems and OEM processes
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of results
Requirements

Job Requirements Parts Manager

  • Minimum 35 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Manager (dealership experience required)
  • Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Ford Parts Certification a plus
  • Proven ability to manage inventory purchasing pricing and obsolescence control
  • Strong leadership skills with experience hiring training and managing parts personnel
  • In-depth knowledge of OEM parts systems inventory management software and dealership processes
  • Ability to analyze reports track KPIs and drive department profitability
  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with Service and Sales departments
  • High level of professionalism integrity and attention to detail
  • Valid drivers license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements

Salary: Up to $115000.00 per year
