Are you a driven detail-oriented Parts Manager who knows how to lead a department maximize profitability and keep operations running smoothly Were looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of our Parts Department and help us deliver top-tier service to our customers and technicians.
What Youll Do
- Manage all aspects of the Parts Department including inventory control pricing and purchasing
- Lead train and motivate parts staff to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain accurate inventory levels while minimizing obsolescence
- Work closely with Service and Sales departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor KPIs manage budgets and drive department profitability
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager (automotive dealership experience required)
- Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
- Ford Parts Certification is a plus
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems and OEM processes
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of results

- Minimum 35 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Manager (dealership experience required)
- Ford dealership experience strongly preferred
- Ford Parts Certification a plus
- Proven ability to manage inventory purchasing pricing and obsolescence control
- Strong leadership skills with experience hiring training and managing parts personnel
- In-depth knowledge of OEM parts systems inventory management software and dealership processes
- Ability to analyze reports track KPIs and drive department profitability
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively with Service and Sales departments
- High level of professionalism integrity and attention to detail
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
Salary: Up to $115000.00 per year
