Qualifications
2 years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living
Experience in Active Adult Independent Living Assisted Living or Memory Care communities preferred
Must have or be able to obtain required state licensure
Knowledge of senior living regulations and compliance requirements
Strong communication leadership organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Oversee all staff and staff-related responsibilities including hiring training and performance management
Ensure high-quality care and services for all residents
Maintain strong communication with residents and their families
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations policies and procedures
Develop maintain and manage the community operations budget
Lead occupancy development initiatives and community marketing strategies
