About the Role
Seamless product adoption is the core of the value we this role you would be responsible for deeply understanding customer needs and tailoring customized solutions. This often means developing custom services and integrations to connect Rossum with various global customer systems.
What Youll Do
You will be a critical contributor to our integration efforts helping customers transform their workflows through intelligent automation. You will:
Key responsibilities include:
Translate complex requirements into clear actionable technical backlogs for our development teams.
Architect optimal designs for custom services and integrations that ensure seamless product adoption.
Contextualize technical decisions by their business impact ensuring we solve the right problems for our clients.
Identify security risks and ensure all designs adhere to best security practices throughout the delivery process.
Partner across departments and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on solutions and their impact.
Who You Are
Our team is full of geeks and hackers who love engineering beautiful systems. Were looking for:
An ex-programmer mindset: You likely want to grow in solving high-level design problems rather than low-level engineering tasks.
A puzzle solver: You love connecting the dots and can communicate your designs so clearly that developers can follow through effectively.
A curious communicator: You excel at asking the right questions to reveal the true source of customer pain points.
UX-sensitive: You always consider how your design decisions will affect the end-user.
Familiar with our stack: While you dont need to be a master of all familiarity with Python REST APIs Flask/Django PostgreSQL or Kubernetes is a huge plus.
What Success Looks Like
Within 3 Months: Youll have a deep understanding of our product and own the design for your first custom integrations.
Within 6 Months: Youll be identifying strategic architectural improvements that ensure seamless adoption across diverse client environments.
Within 12 Months: You will be a key influencer in making our platform indispensable for clients worldwide through perfectly tailored solutions.
