Job Summary:
As we expand our Microsoft AI Copilot service line we are seeking a visionary Principal AI Architect to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge autonomous solutions. This is not a back-office technical role; you will be the face of our AI transformation journey leading high-stakes workshops and designing the architecture that enables true workflow autonomy.
You will leverage your deep expertise in the Power Platform and Azure AI Foundry to build intelligent agentic systems that dont just automate tasks; they reinvent how business is done.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Consulting & Workshop Leadership
Discovery & Ideation: Lead Art of the Possible workshops for C-suite and business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases.
Business Value Mapping: Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical roadmaps focused on Workflow Autonomy.
Presentation Excellence: Deliver compelling demos and technical presentations that simplify complex AI concepts into actionable business insights. Enterprise Architecture & Governance
Power Platform CoE: Establish and scale a Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure governance security and best practices across enterprise deployments.
Solution Design: Architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio Azure AI Foundry and the Microsoft AI Framework.
Agentic AI Integration: Design and deploy autonomous agents that interact across the Microsoft ecosystem to drive efficiency.
Technical Delivery & Innovation
Workflow Autonomy: Build sophisticated self-correcting workflows using advanced Power Automate and AI Agents.
AI Orchestration: Utilize Azure AI Foundry to fine-tune models and integrate custom data sources via RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Mentorship: Act as the technical North Star for the development team ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Technical Mastery: 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture with at least 4 years focused on Power Platform (Apps Automate Dataverse Pages).
AI Expertise: Proven track record of implementing Microsoft Copilot and building custom GPTs/Agents within Copilot Studio.
Azure AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio) and understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Consulting DNA: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
Workshop Facilitation: Experience using Design Thinking or similar frameworks to lead business process discovery.
Architecture Frameworks: Strong understanding of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program frameworks and enterprise-grade security/compliance.
