Major Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. Caterpillar) to align product offerings with customer needs and market trends.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on product application ensuring the right machine is matched to the right job.

• Analyze industry trends customer feedback and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

• Assistinforecasting industry demand and manage inventory planning in alignment with long-term sales goals.

• Support sales execution by providing technical expertise training and content that enhances product positioning.

• Create customized solutions that highlight total cost of ownership advantages and drive competitive differentiation.

• Act as a key liaison with Caterpillars CI team and other strategic partners to influence product development and support.

• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively across departments.

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of industry and heavy equipment operating experience Leadership experience would be considered an asset

• Strong knowledge of Caterpillar products industry trends and customer applications.

• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Willingness to learn on an ongoing basis and keep up to date on new and emerging technologies

• Ability to confidently present information to small or large groups in a clear engaging manner

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex business problems.

• Results-oriented collaborative and adaptable with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Note:

• This position is based out of our Calgary office location.

• 50%travel requiredfor this role.

• Permanent full-time role.

• 5 x 2 schedule; Monday Friday shift.
