Job Description
Schedule:12-hour shifts must be open toany shiftandall days of the week
- ActiveFlorida Class D Security License(TemporaryBlue Cardaccepted)
- ActiveFlorida Class G Security License
- Ability tostand and remain on your feet for extended periods of time
- Physically capableof performing security duties in a hospital environment
- Comfortable working in afast-paced healthcare setting
- Must haveopen availability(days nights weekends and holidays)
- Must bereliable and professional
- Maintaining asafe and secure environmentfor patients staff and visitors
- Conductingpatrols throughout hospital facilities
- Responding toincidents and emergencies when needed
- Enforcingsite policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school Diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
*A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only
