Responsabilidades clave
- Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en instalaciones de gas natural (estaciones de compresión) y sistemas auxiliares: eléctricos mecánicos hidráulicos y neumáticos.
- Instalar mantener y reparar equipos sistemas y dispositivos auxiliares de la estación.
- Ejecutar pruebas operativas y rutinas programadas conforme al plan de mantenimiento.
- Inspeccionar la integridad mecánica y operativa de instalaciones y equipos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento estricto de estándares de Seguridad Salud y Medio Ambiente (HSE) y regulaciones aplicables.
- Documentar actividades y cerrar órdenes de trabajo en sistema (reportes de mantenimiento).
- Participar en la elaboración de reportes mensuales de mantenimiento.
- Administrar eficientemente materiales refacciones herramientas y contratistas.
- Participar en auditorías e inspecciones internas y externas.
- Colaborar activamente con el equipo de operaciones promoviendo mejora continua e innovación.
- Atender emergencias operativas fuera de horario regular cuando sea requerido.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de instalaciones industriales preferentemente en oil & gas gas natural energía o industria pesada.
- Experiencia en mantenimiento mecánico eléctrico y de equipos rotativos (compresores).
- Conocimiento práctico de sistemas eléctricos hidráulicos y neumáticos.
- Experiencia trabajando bajo procedimientos estándares técnicos y normativas de seguridad (HSE).
- Carrera técnica o superior en Mecánica Electricidad Electromecánica Electrónica o afín.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo emergencias y viajes.
- Licencia de manejo vigente (Indispensable).
- Experiencia en estaciones de compresión de gas.
- Conocimiento de SAP PM o sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento (CMMS).
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- Experiencia participando en auditorías técnicas o regulatorias.
