Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Position:
- Status: PRN
Responsibilities:
- Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional physical or mental disabilities.
- Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans.
- Assist with coordination of care with entire care team.
- Communicating effectively with patients caregivers healthcare providers office support and other care team members
Minimum Qualifications:
- CurrentState of Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
- Skilled Nursing Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Homeexperience highly preferred.
- Experience with EMR.
- Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care.

- Has a passion for therapy and teaching.
