The Role as the appointed SENCo As our SENCo you will:

• Lead and inspire the SEND provision ensuring all students receive personalised meaningful support
• Develop and embed strategies that empower students to flourish academically socially and emotionally
• Work alongside teachers to adapt learning and foster inclusive classrooms where every child can succeed
• Guide mentor and support staff to deliver outstanding support and interventions
• Collaborate with parents carers and external partners to ensure a holistic approach to learning and well-being
• Champion an inclusive culture where every student feels seen heard and supported
