A fast-growing company is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead and support a team of loan officers. This role focuses on coaching accountability and execution to ensure the team follows the companys proven sales process and keeps deals moving through the pipeline.
You will oversee sales activity run regular pipeline reviews and help producers stay consistent with calls follow-ups and performance goals. Your role is to keep the team organized motivated and focused while identifying challenges early and helping them stay on track.
This is not a production role you wont be selling mortgages yourself. Instead you will focus on developing the team improving performance and maintaining strong sales discipline.
When the producers succeed the company succeeds and this role helps make that happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and coach a team of loan officers
- Run weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews
- Ensure consistent outbound activity follow-ups and adherence to the sales process
- Track pipeline progress and sales performance
- Identify issues early and help the team stay on track
Qualifications:
- Strong sales leadership or management experience
- Solid understanding of outbound calling and pipeline discipline
- Natural coach who enjoys helping others succeed
- Organized structured and accountable
- Comfortable managing high-performing salespeople
