JOB SUMMARY

The Glenview Park District is seeking Adult League Site Supervisors for our upcoming seasons sports programming. If you feel confident in your ability to communicate and love sports this job is for you! The Park District runs a variety of youth and adult athletic leagues including:

Flag Football at Roosevelt Park (2200 Grove St)
Softball at Community Park West (655 Zenith Drive)
Youth Softball at Roosevelt Park (2200 Grove St)
Pickleball at Flick Park (3600 Glenview Road) and Park Center (2400 Chestnut)
Basketball Open Gym (2400 Chestnut)

The job duties include:

Arriving first on site at each game to set up equipment
Enforcing game rules while supporting game officials
Communicating with Emergency Services should an emergency arise on site
Remaining on-site during games for troubleshooting and supervisory responsibilities
Ensuringthat the equipment is correctly put away at the end of the program
Providing feedback and escalating issues to direct supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified applicants must be at least 16 years old with a strong knowledge of sports. Training will be provided. Applicants must be mature and confident while being able to communicate with adult players or parents. Must possess a high level of commitment and responsibility while demonstrating regular and reliable attendance.

HOURS & PAY

Schedule will vary including weeknights and Saturdays. Positions start at $15.00/hr.
