As a Security Officer Flex Armed Driver Patrol in Oklahoma City OK you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients employees and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office areas lobbies parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Monitor access points and observe for irregular conditions; report concerns per post orders and escalate to site leadership and/or public responders as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with evacuations and/or shelter-in-place actions when directed.
- Document patrols incidents and visitor activity in written reports and/or electronic logs and communicate updates to the Allied Universal leadership team and/or client contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an armed guard card/license.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a Law Enforcement Officer license.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
