We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

• Clearance: Ability to obtain a security clearance

Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary

Summary:

• Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives and achieving team goals

• Coordinate and integrate efforts across teams and the broader organization

• Bridge business strategy technical objectives and program execution

• Lead cross-team collaboration and solve complex technical and organizational challenges

• Communicate effectively across all levels (up down and across the organization)

• Present updates insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• Mentor junior team members and support team development

• Ensure stakeholder and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field required

• 10 years of experience leading complex technical strategic and organizational projects

• Experience supporting development programs across all phases of hardware and software development testing and qualification

• Strong ability to influence collaborate and communicate across diverse teams

• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills across system hardware and software architectures

• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
