Job Summary
Passionate about working with primary school age children Whether youre an experienced Educator have some babysitting experience or are exploring a career in childcare for the first time THIS is the role for you!
Our OSHC service Helping Hands in East Lismore is looking for two dedicated Educators to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children. We have two permanent part-time roles offering a minimum of 8 hours and 6 hours per week with opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays.
Youll work split shifts Monday Friday across the services opening hours of:
Morning: 6:30am 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program)
Afternoon: 2:45pm 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program)
School Holidays: 6:00am 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program)
About the Role
Working alongside a supportive team youll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your role will include:
Facilitating exciting child-led activities including STEM sports cooking arts & crafts whatever you and the kids love!
Building strong relationships with children families and the school community
Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe fun and engaging program

Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For
No formal experience or qualification No problem! Well provide all the training you need. Were looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
- Has Australian work rights
