Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing visits in a home setting.
Position Details:
Approximately 20 hours per week
Location: Williamsburg VA 23188
Flexible scheduling
Home health / skilled nursing visits
Responsibilities:
Medication administration and management
Patient assessment and vital signs
Wound care (if applicable)
Documentation of visits
Communication with physician and care team
Requirements:
Active Virginia RN or LPN license
Home health or skilled nursing experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Professional and compassionate care
Schedule:
