CoreResponsibilities

  • Drive a curious Engineering culture where learning and challenging the status quo are key

  • Explorenew technologiesand methods relevant for creating photorealistic renders

  • Work across with other internal Lead engineers in Gaming Technology to ensure problems are solved in a coherent way

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders

As a Lead Engineer you will work closely together with members of your own team and stakeholders to ensure our visualization technologies can adapt to an ever-growing portfolio of new products and requirements and ensure that the architecture of our solutions is stable and ready to scale.

Do youhavewhat it takes

  • Proven experience from a digital engineering position

  • Previouswork experience from either Gaming Industry or VFX

  • Solidunderstandingof IT Architecture

  • Experience with at least one modern object-oriented programming language like C#

  • Experienceworkingwith cloud platforms

  • Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with or on agile development teams

  • Great communicationleadershipand coaching skills

  • Solid stakeholder managementcompetencies

  • Delivery-focusedmindset

Nice to have

  • Value efficient and agile product implementation over process-heavy project execution

  • You are not foreign to concepts like continuous delivery DevOps serverless architecture and domain-driven design

  • Experience with Maya or similar 3D modelling tooling

  • Experience with Unreal Engine/Twinmotionfor VFX use
