Seldin Company is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Montana. This is for Tax Credit/HUD/ Conventional properties. This position will pay up to $65000 annually determined by experience certifications skills and education.

What You Will Do

TheOperations Support Specialist role serves as a strategic partner to VPs in property management. This role is a liaison between property staff Regionals VPs and department staff and will assistin simplifying the collaboration and connections with others in the company. The role also ensures that the operations of the properties in their assigned area of oversight comply with the standards and expectations of Seldin Company and property-specific goals. The Operations Support Specialist should use management and leadership skills to train motivate and empower associates to reach their goals and those of the properties. The VP of Property Management will give assignments for this role. Travel will depend on the portfolios location or changes to the portfolio.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with LIHTC and HUD
• Ability to travel to designated portfolio up to 80% of the time
• Five or more years of relatedexperiencein property management
• An associate degree or equivalent experience
• Self motivated and self directed to work with or without supervision
