Job Summary

Sioux Falls Christian School is seeking a part-time Middle School/High School Study Hall Monitor who is a committed follower of Jesus Christ and supports the mission of Christian education. This individual will help create a structured orderly and productive study hall environment where students can focus on their academic work while also feeling supported and known. The Study Hall Monitor will supervise students during study hall periods maintain clear expectations for behavior and productivity encourage responsible use of time and foster a positive learning addition to managing the classroom environment this individual should enjoy building relationships with students encouraging them in their academic and personal growth and helping them feel valued and connected within the school community. The person in this role should work well with teachers and staff communicate effectively when student concerns arise and contribute to the overall culture and mission of Sioux Falls Christian School. This position may be structured as either three days per week or five days per week depending on the candidates availability and the needs of the school.
