Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Support customers through phone chat or email with questions about orders products payments shipping and returns.
Order Support: Guide customers throughout the purchasing process including placing orders tracking shipments and post-purchase assistance.
Problem Resolution: Identify customer concerns and provide efficient solutions while maintaining a positive experience.
Product Information: Offer clear guidance on product details availability and current promotions.
Case Handling: Escalate complex situations when needed while ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.

Qualifications

Language Skills: Proficiency in Greek (C1/C2) and English (B2)
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role
Skills: Strong communication analytical mindset and client-support ability
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
