Job Summary
Your mission
- Ensure strict compliance with French labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for our French team members.
- Oversee HR administration including benefits compensation and the preparation of HR-related documentation.
- Maintain and update employee information accurately within HR systems.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee queries providing support and guidance on HR matters.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team and headquarters to implement company-wide policies and programs effectively.
Your profile

- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR Operations or Specialist role ideally within France.
- Solid understanding of French labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and spoken command of French C2 and English C1.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
