Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email chat and in-person.
- Assist clients with questions about property listings rental agreements purchases or sales processes.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints escalating when necessary to management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with real estate agents property managers and operations staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding company policies contracts and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling property viewings meetings and follow-ups with clients.
- Gather customer feedback to support improvements in service quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service client support or real estate preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
