Key job responsibilities
Devise and manage projects including new technology deployments and internal programme.
Manage and solve challenges involving IT infrastructure such as local site networks services and hardware.
Support the team with a range of work including improvements to operational processes manual work automation and analysis of solutions
Deploy maintain and troubleshoot IT solutions throughout their lifecyle.
Manage and develop on-site support teams and recruit new talent
A day in the life
As an IT Manager youll be responsible for multiple sites and work in different settings where no two days are the same. Youll make sure the IT infrastructure on-site is maintained and operational so that teams can deliver on behalf of our customers. Taking a data-driven approach youll find opportunities to increase automation and efficiency and pilot different technologies to support these objectives.
Youll report directly to the Regional IT Manager and will lead on-site support teams coordinate changes and technology launches and manage risks. This is a collaborative role that will see you working with site leaders and developing people in your team to progress.
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Can work proactively and independently meet deadlines and deliver on projects and tasks
- Experience building managing and coaching a team in a high-growth environment
- Bachelors degree in computer science computer engineering or related field or experience managing teams
