Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities including new markets growth areas trends customers and partnerships.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business development targets.
* Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
* Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to align with company goals.
* Stay informed about industry trends market activities and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
* Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance forecasts and business development activities to senior management.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Business Development Manager Sales Executive or a similar role.
* A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically.
* Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
* A degree in business marketing or a related field is desirable but not essential.
