Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to support the Solutions team with the process of packaging solutions. This includes supporting programme management analysing and documenting current network capabilities competitive and industry analysis and gathering data to further the work of the solutions team
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:Works closely with and supports Solutions Manager/Director/Solution Officer. Reports into Solutions Manager (or Officer/Director where appropriate)Aids in conducting research on business industry and marketplace trends using third-party research and business intelligence resources. Assists senior solutions team members in synthesising market intelligence and trend data into white space solutions opportunitiesAids in conducting research on industry competitors and compiles SWOT analysis of competitive capabilities and solution offerings. Tracks monitors and updates competitive analysis on an on-going basisAssists Solutions Manager in programme management of Solutions Councils including managing logistics/schedules council communications project management of council deliverables etcManages and keeps up-to-date a library of solutions collateral materials including solution pitch decks one pagers case studies and business casesAids in the development of thought-leadership through sourcing content conducting research and performing data collection and analysisAids in sourcing/development of case studies and business cases to support solutions development initiatives and strengthen solutions sales narrativesSupports Solutions Manager/Director/Officer in development and execution of solutioning workshops (logistics agenda development content capture reporting etc.)Location:
