The Opportunity:

Avantor is op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker om het team in Nederland of België te versterken. Je zult vanuit huis werken én vanuit één van onze kantoren Amsterdam of Leuven in een hybride werkregeling. Je ontvangt een vast fulltime contract.

Als Customer service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Dit maakt van jou een belangrijke schakel tussen ons bedrijf en onze klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen van een goede relatie met onze klanten en deze allround services en ondersteuning aan te bieden.

Wat we zoeken:

Opleiding: Je beschikt over een Hbo diploma
Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring in een customer service omgeving.
Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
Een wetenschappelijke achtergrond is een pluspunt.
Je hebt bij voorkeur een zeer goede kennis van SAP en hebt kennis van Windows MS Office.
Je bent klantgericht en service-minded.
Je bent een teamplayer met commerciële feeling.
Maturiteit en zelfstandig werken zijn sleutelcapaciteiten om deze functie succesvol uit te oefenen

Hoe u zult groeien en impact zult hebben

Je behandelt inkomende telefoons e-mails van onze klanten.
Je staat onze klanten te woord en informeert hen omtrent onze producten prijzen wijzigingen in levertermijnen alternatieven
Je volgt geplaatste orders op en zorgt voor het informeren en voorstellen van alternatieven indien nodig.
Door proactief te handelen vermijd je klachten. Komen er klachten dan verwerk je deze in SAP volgt deze actief op en bezorgt feedback aan de klanten.
Je zorgt voor de voorbereiding het vernieuwen en opvolgen van contracten in overleg met de Account manager.
Je staat in voor het backorder management: opvolging en klanten proactief informeren alternatieven voorstellen
