Salesforce COntact Center / Integration Developer with extensive experience integrating Salesforce (Service Cloud OmniChannel Voice/CTI) with Genesys and NICE CXone contact center platforms. Strong hands-on background designing and building APIs (REST/SOAP) authoring and transforming JSON payloads and implementing secure scalable integrations across CRM and CCaaS ecosystems. Proven partner to Solution Engineers and Architects to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions including call flows scripting and end-to-end voice routing.
