Graduate Architect Industrial

This role will be integral to our Global Excellence Centre (GEC) Arcadis centralized fully integrated project delivery group. Our GEC is made up of more than 3000 talented individuals working in offices across the Philippines Romania and India providing Capability Capacity and a Competitive Advantage across a wide array of unique projects and services in collaboration with our global businesses.

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates eager to grow their expertise learn industry best practices and build a career in architecture focused on highly technical and specialized facilities.

• Support project success by completing assigned tasks on time and with care ensuring accuracy and compliance with Arcadis standards and relevant codes.

• Assist in creating and updating design and construction drawings sketches and documentation under supervision.

• Help with modeling research data collection presentations and basic analysis to support the design process.

• Take responsibility for reviewing your work carefully before sharing with team members or leads.

• Develop a strong technical understanding by learning and applying relevant national standards codes and Arcadis procedures.

• Support design tasks in collaboration with project leads gradually increasing independence as skills grow.

• Contribute actively as a team member delivering quality outputs and supporting overall project delivery.

• Assist in gathering project data and analyzing it to inform design solutions.

• Learn to prepare drawings specifications and reports that meet client and regulatory requirements.

• Build knowledge of Arcadis services client industries and project goals to grow your professional network and credibility.

• Continuously develop your technical skills and industry knowledge to enhance your effectiveness on projects.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related equivalent.

• Strong academic record with evidence of design capability and technical proficiency.
• Must have at least 4 months of experience in superintendence project administration or related fields.

• Familiarity with architectural design software including Autodesk Revit AutoCAD SketchUp Enscape Navisworks and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of BIM workflows; eagerness to deepen skills in this area.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Interest in Data Center Industrial or Mixed-use projects is a plus.

• Willingness to learn US & Canada design codes and industry standards.

• Strong teamwork orientation open-mindedness and enthusiasm for professional growth.
