Summary: Randstad is hiring a Product Owner for Talent & Client Engagement to lead the global harmonization of communication flows using Salesforce Marketing and Service Clouds. You will translate business strategy into technical roadmaps to enhance the digital journey for millions of talents and clients worldwide.

• Location: Remote - Europe. Candidates must be based in an office-linked or remote-eligible country within the European Union or UK (e.g. Netherlands Germany UK Spain Poland etc.).

• Hybrid Option: While the role is remote-first hybrid presence is welcomed at our Amsterdam global hub or local regional offices if preferred.

What You Will Achieve

As a key member of the Product Owner team you act as the bridge between global strategy and technical execution.

• Harmonize Global Communication: Build sustainable data-driven engagement flows that work across 39 international markets.

• Own the Product Backlog: Lead team ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Retrospectives) and prioritize stories based on high-value business outcomes.

• Drive Digital Transformation: Migrate legacy local systems into a state-of-the-art global core platform (App Web Front-office).

• Protect Team Focus: Act as a solution-facing resource ensuring the development team stays focused on valuable aligned and well-defined tasks.

What You Need to Succeed

• Industry Experience: Ideally you have worked in an operational role within the staffing industry and are looking for a shift into product or you come from an IT/Product Owner background.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud is essential.

• Agile Tooling: Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for managing epics and sprints.

• Global Communication: Excellent English skills and the ability to navigate a complex multi-country matrix organization.

Important Note: This is a Strategic Product & Tech Role NOT a Content Creation or Marketing Copy role. You are responsible for the technical integrity and flow of the engagement systems.

• Operational Excellence: Optimizing development time through clear Definitions of Done.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Successfully translating Epics from global stakeholders into actionable sprints for the dev team.
