At Ayvens Digital & IT we have an opening for a Senior Product Manager Corporate Solutions

As our new Senior Product Manager you will take endtoend ownership of a complex portfolio of Legal and HR digital products from ideation and discovery through to launch adoption and continuous improvement. You will develop and advocate for an ambitious digital product strategy align roadmaps to business goals and ensure this portfolio delivers measurable value.

The composition and scope of the product portfolio may evolve as our business strategy shifts. We are looking for a product leader who is flexible embraces change and can reprioritize with clarity and urgency.

What are you going to do
In this position you are going to be responsible for

• You independently own the product(s) vision strategy definition and value creation of your product(s). Collaborate with your (business) stakeholders Product director / head during the visioning concept development of a product and compilation of the product strategy.
• Owns the product(s) portfolio roadmap and works with stakeholders to ensure it fits the business goals and corresponds with the overall product roadmap
• You track the success of functional initiatives and develop new methods and processes to improve efficiency.
• You are responsible for quantifying all investments made into product(s) in scope and make sure these deliver the anticipated value.
• You drive decisions based on facts and data. Systematically validates assumptions to de-risk decisions.
• You put research and analysis into business regulatory and technical topics to support the formulation and specification of Ayvens product requirements and solution design.
• Act as an ambassador for the product(s) internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product(s).
• The senior product manager works independently in adherence to the Ayvens product framework.
• The senior product manager acts as a mentor and coach to other product managers and business analyst.

Who are we looking for

The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Collaboration agility project management and decision making are examples of key behaviors reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.

• 7 years of successful business leadership experience in a similar digital product management or product strategy role.
• Proven track record of successful product roadmap delivery.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment while also being able to manage multiple products & projects independently.
• English (fluent verbally and written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to explain complex concepts in a crisp clear concise and rich graphic style.
• Excellent analytical skills including financial and market analysis skills and experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate multiple teams to deliver on objectives and produce results.
• Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams.
