- Qualifications and registration: Valid NMC Pin and RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting.

Your day-to-day:
- Health Assessment and Care Planning: Assess the health needs of residents and develop individualized care plans.
- Medication and Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor and document residents vital signs symptoms and overall health.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic and person-centred care.
- Education and Support: Educate and support residents and their families on health management and well-being.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards to maintain high-quality care.
- Safe and Supportive Environment: Promote and practice a safe clean and supportive environment for residents and staff.
