Telford Hall Care Home The Oaks Care Home (Newtown Powys) & Priesty Fields Care Home (Congleton)
- £24.47 per hour
- 36 hours per week
- 7am-7pm and 8am–8pm day shifts on a flexible rota
- Mileage paid

As a Peripatetic Registered Nurse you will work flexibly across three beautiful Sandstone Care Group homes - Telford Hall (Telford) The Oaks (Newtown) and Priesty Fields (Congleton) - providing exceptional clinical care wherever it is needed most. This role is perfect for nurses who enjoy a dynamic working style varied environments and the opportunity to support multiple teams.
About The Oaks
Opened in January 2020 The Oaks Care Home is a 73-bed facility renowned for its exceptional care and outstanding facilities. Based in a beautifully landscaped setting The Oaks features a modern design with upscale amenities including:
- A charming coffee shop and bistro

- Advanced care planning and nurse-call technology to ensure the highest standard of care.
About Telford Hall
Telford Hall Care Home nestled in the vibrant community of Lawley is a 66-bed care home offering specialist nursing palliative and dementia care. Our modern facilities include a salon tranquil lounges garden rooms a cinema and a tea room designed to create a welcoming and homely atmosphere for residents and staff alike.
About Priesty Fields
Priesty Fields offers refined residential and nursing care customised to each individual in a secure and welcoming environment. Located in the historic market town of Congleton Priesty Fields is a 78-bed luxury care home that seamlessly combines modern design and technology with top-tier care and premium comfort.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified as Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Compassionate enthusiastic and committed to delivering person-centred care.
- Experienced in nursing home care
- Excellent communicators with a team-oriented approach.
- Willing to work on a flexible changing rota depending on the needs of the three homes
- Able to commute flexibly between the three sites
