SALES MANAGER NEW BUSINESS Nordics
Location: Stockholm or Copenhagen (with regional travel)

Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company serving the hospitality industry. Their platform enables a fully digital guest journey from checkin to checkout helping hotels reduce queues increase efficiency and unlock new revenue opportunities.

They are now strengthening their commercial footprint in Sweden and Denmark with a senior sales professional focused on new business development.
THE ROLE
As Sales Manager you will drive new business growth across Sweden and Denmark working with both direct sales (hotel chains larger independent hotels) and industry partnerships (PMS providers hospitality management companies and other ecosystem partners).
You will take full ownership of identifying prospects building relationships and closing deals and playing a central role in the companys Nordic market growth.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role includes responsibilities within new business development strategic partnerships commercial execution and market expansion. You will play a key part in strengthening the companys presence across both Sweden and Denmark.
New Business Development
Identify prospect and convert new hotel clients in both Sweden and Denmark.
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
Build a strong pipeline focused on hotels with 100 rooms small/medium hotel chains and private operators.
Strategic Partnerships
Develop and manage partnerships with key players such as PMS providers and hospitality service companies.
Approximately 40% of your time will focus on building and nurturing partnerships that support scalable growth.
Commercial Execution & Market Expansion
Confidently sell in both Swedish and/or Danish markets.
Conduct product demos prepare proposals and negotiate agreements with senior stakeholders.
Handle inbound leads while proactively generating your own opportunities.
Travel across the region as needed.
PROFILE
Candidates should bring strong commercial experience excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company across both Swedish and Danish markets. You are confident selling to senior stakeholders comfortable working independently in a small team and motivated by creating new business opportunities. This role suits someone energetic proactive and eager to drive growth across Sweden and Denmark.
Fluency in Swedish and/or Danish is essential
Strong English required
Must be comfortable selling in both Sweden and Denmark
proven track record and experience in B2B new business sales including partner or strategic account work
Experience from hospitality or SaaS is a plus not a requirement
Strong commercial mindset with a hunter profile proactive energetic resultsdriven
Comfortable working independently in a small entrepreneurial team
Professional communication skills; credible with senior stakeholders
Ideally based in Stockholm or Copenhagen

SALARY AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Indicative salary level: approximately 45000 SEK/month plus a strong performance-based commission structure.
