Job Summary
This leading European company specialises in the design manufacture and distribution of Capital Equipment (machines & systems) for industries such as Furniture Construction Automotive and Aerospace These customers use these innovative machines to transform materials into products across wood glass plastic metal stone and composite materials.
Reporting into the Director of Operations & Customer Care this Field Service Technical position will see you responsible for travelling throughout WA metro & regional to provide support to customers through inspections installations commissioning and ongoing service support of these high net value machines acting as a key technical and customer contact on site ensuring work is delivered safely & efficiently. Where required you will provide efficient practical solutions to any technical issues for installation (including post). Naturally this will involve strong communication with key internal company stakeholders as well as establishing strong working relationships with site personnel and contractors.
These responsibilities will see you working in line with agreed timeframes and quality expectations ensuring all work is completed and is done so safely and in line with WHS requirements.
Ideally your career experience will be matched with tertiary education and/or Certification in Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering or a related area.
A salary based remuneration will be rewarded to the successful candidate in line with relevant career experience.
