Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

- Supervise daily poker room operations including game scheduling of dealers supervisors and game mix.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations internal controls and company policies.
- Monitor game integrity and resolve disputes promptly and professionally.
- May act as Table Games Floor Manager within designated pits.
- Operate daily tournaments and other promotions.

Customer Service:
- Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.
- Address player concerns and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Compliance & Security:
- Maintain strict adherence to gaming laws and internal security protocols.
- Work closely with surveillance and security teams to prevent fraud and ensure player safety.
