Duties & Responsibilities
Leadership and People Management:
Lead mentor and develop a corporate sales team to achieve annual sales and profit targets
Promote a high-performance culture driven by collaboration accountability and strong engagement
Foster a motivating team environment supporting growth and ongoing professional development
Sales Performance & Execution:
Meet and exceed personal and team new business turnover targets
Manage CRM-driven sales pipelines (300% of monthly budget) and work-in-progress (500%)
Drive deal closures while ensuring high-quality credit submissions and sales activity cadence (minimum 20 meetings per month)
Sales Enablement & Operations:
Streamline administrative and process bottlenecks to boost sales efficiency
Support conversion by improving lead qualification and pipeline prioritisation
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 57 years experience in sales/business development (asset finance or corporate sales preferred)
Strong leadership communication and relationship-building skills
Experience meeting and exceeding annual sales targets
CRM proficiency and sales reporting experience
Qualification:
BCom in Business Finance Marketing or similar
Postgraduate qualification advantageous
