The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities employs over 1900 staff and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications including power generation transmission and distribution oil chemical and gas industrial manufacturing semiconductor and data centers as well as building and transportation sectors.

How youll make an impact

1. You will support in project execution ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy policies and best practices. This includes monitoring and controlling progress re-sources and financials to accomplish all project goals.

2. You will ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual agreements.

3. You will extend key tasks in handovers from sales initiate project reviews kickoff project internally develop project execution plan and identify and assess risks.

4. You will plan document control control changes collection invoice manage project close-out.

5. You will identify OPQ and resulting process improvement opportunities transmit and archive final documentation and contract closure also handovers to customer.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

2. Required with 5 years of project management experience.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Good English level.
