Job Summary
Job Description:
1) Assist in organizing drawings documents ledgers and reports in the project departments document room.
2) Assist in the warehouse-in and warehouse-out management of materials and documents for the project department including receipt and issuance procedures.
3) Assign numbers to file cabinets in the project document room create index numbers for documents compile document inventories and classify and store documents by department.
4) Assist in digitizing entering generating updating and archiving project documents drawings system standards and other electronic documents into PDF format.
5) Cooperate with the engineering department in the entry and organization of MIM (Manufacturing Information Management) information.
6) Assist the team in digitalization visualization statistics and other related work.
Requirements Education Experience Skills:
Degree: Junior or senior Undergraduate student
Preferred majors: Chemistry Mechanical and Engineering related fields.
English skill: Able to read and write E-mail
Tool: Familiar with Excel PPT AutoCAD
Others: Willing to participate in Project work with effective communication and learning abilities
