角色描述

• Be a team leader for delegated project.Focusing on delivering the best possible outcome from our clients investment and ensuring the project success

• Manage all aspects of project delivery. Establish the highest customer service standards in every interaction withall project stakeholders. Deliver consistently excellent totally reliable and professional service delivery and outputs wherever our clients need it.

• Manage all phase of project deliveries. Leading and implementing the best industry practice.

• Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.

• Act as the main point of contact window for project to coordinate all the project stakeholders.

• Establish and agree project execution plan with our client

• Create project and design brief

  撰写项目和设计概要

• Manage design development process and conduct VE session

  进行设计管理并主导相关的价值工程

• Develop project procurement plan according to each project specific requirement. Define scope of service for each package.

  依据各项目的具体要求制定项目采购计划确定各项目包的服务范围

• Access to the best contractors designers and suppliers.

  拜访行业内顶尖的的承包商设计师和供应商

• Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control and management

  协调内部和外部工料测量师以进行项目的成本控制和管理

• Manage tendering process and complete all related work

  管理招标过程并完成所有相关工作

• Tendering documents preparation review and coordinate internal & external QS in relevant work

  准备审阅招投标文件并协助内外部工料测量师的相关工作

• Project risk prediction and management

  项目风险预测和管理

• Construction management and ensure the project schedule quality & HSE targets achieved during the phase

  施工阶段的管理确保此阶段进度质量和安健目标的达成

• Manage project testing commissioning and handover

  管理项目测试调试和移交

• Provide leadership and coach to Project Managers and other junior team members

  辅导项目经理和其他资历较浅的项目团队成员并提供管理支持

• Effective coordination of multiple project stakeholders

  有效协调多个项目利益相关方

• Understand the basic architecture of large domestic companies and multinationals effective coordination and management of multiple departments involved in projects

• Coordinate all project relevant meetings

• Innovation & creativity of service and knowledge.

资格和经验

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design engineering or project management

  建筑室内设计工程或项目管理专业本科或以上学历

• 10 years experiences in project management for manufactory or property projects.

  10年以上制造业或地产项目管理经验

• Has experience in working with/forinternational consultant company

  曾与/为国际咨询公司工作

• Be able to multitask and manage priorities

  具有操作多项事务并管理优先顺序的能力

• Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need

• Be able to adopt change according to company business plan
