We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for supporting Information Management projects process improvement initiatives and duties as assigned.

This opportunity will provide you with a solid foundation to build your career in information management imaging archiving and process workflow.

Who youll work with

The Member Information Management team (MIM) team is a small cohesive team of professionals who handle high volumes of transactions daily with high focus on quality results and has won awards for their continuous improvement focus.

The team reports to the Sr. Manager Employer Relations and Member Information Management. They provide support to Member Services and Finance within OTPP.

What youll do

  • Determine identification and allocation of documents letters and other correspondence and processes materials for use by others.

  • Review document contents and select appropriate method for scanning and indexing documents from members and employers.

  • Verify and update demographic and financial information (e.g. name address bank information etc.).

  • Ensuring the safe handling and processing of private member information and communications

  • Research and contribute to retention and destruction policy and execution

  • Support meeting the teams daily objectives in support of excellent member experiences

What youll need

  • Working knowledge or experience in record management

  • You have your Master of Information Management or equivalent experience

  • To be a critical thinker and be able to evaluate information sources critically

  • To be a strong team player

  • A demonstrated focus on delivering high level client service

  • Possess a strong attention to detail

  • Multi-task to meet several daily objectives every day

  • Ability to adapt to constant changes in tools and processes

  • A willingness to contribute ideas! We are looking for fresh perspectives and ideas to keep us up to date with current or emerging trends

  • Business hours are 8:00AM to 5:30PM - Monday to Friday - must be able for shifts within business hours

This position is eligible for base salary and annual incentive based on individual and enterprise performance. Base Salary starting at $69700 with future opportunity of up to $76700.
