ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Wholesale/Marketplace department. The Wholesale Coordinator role is a hybrid support role across both sales channels (Wholesale/Marketplace) with a global customer reach. The main responsibility of this role is to help facilitate sales through both channels. Key components of this role are

Maintaining data integrity across the administrative functions of the wholesale and marketplace business to support efficient productive workflows
Coordinating the full wholesale order cycle ensuring accuracy ontime delivery and proper upkeep of all order documentation including unloads and master data files
Supporting Brand Sales Manager/Leads with range and product information
Managing the sample process
Building strong stakeholder relationships externally and internally
Preparing weekly sales reports and providing analytical support for trade activity and sales opportunities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Preferred experience in business administration role and/or retail head office role
Confident IT skills & proficiency with Microsoft Suite especially Excel
Exceptional written communication and relationship building skills
Confidence working autonomously but happy to work in a team environment
