Position Description:
Wade Trims team of 20 marketing professionals support business development for four client market segments - Water; Community Design; Industrial Commercial and Energy; and Transportation. We are looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing Team.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Lead development of proposals and presentations for pursuit in all market segments in Florida Georgia Texas and North Carolina.
- Facilitate pursuit teams through color reviews develop qualifications edit technical approaches and incorporate key sales messages throughout proposals.
- Support multiple pursuit efforts concurrently.
- Maintain established quality standards.
- Manage proposal production schedule and on-time delivery of compliant proposals.
- Collaborate with engineers planners graphic designers and other marketing professionals to deliver winning proposals and presentations.
- Lead teams in shortlist presentation development and delivery.
- Support maintenance of key marketing information systems through consistent proposal closeout.
- Foster use ofourGrow Businesssalesprocess throughout the organization.
- Maintain excellent client relations.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts degree in English Communications or Marketing
Skills/Experience:
- 10 years of experience
- Excellent organizational skills to accommodate multiple tasks simultaneously work is undertaken in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with all individuals at all levels.
- Strong writing skills as well as excellent creative skills to enhance the graphic presentation of materials.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite PowerPoint Unanet CRM Joist AI and Open Asset desired.
